Business has a solid growth trend in place increasing sales, margins and profits year over year. Sales have increased over 500% since 2015. The current customer base is balanced between retail stores, food distributors and restaurants. BTW restaurants sales have increased since pandemic since many of their clients have drive throughs.

First half sales for 2020 are close to 15% over 1st half 2019 sales. COGS runs close to 50% which is the industry standard. Sales for 2020 forecasted to be over $1M with SDE for owner operator of 150,000. We believe these forecast to be conservative based on the first six months financials and the addition of fried chips in the third quarter.

The facility is well managed and utilizing approximately 75% of the space and 40% of capacity based on running one shift instead of three sifts..
