Richard Roberts started his first full time business at the age of 22 and has been in the "Main Street" small business arena as a Business Founder, Business Owner, Business Seller and Consultant ever since.

Richard has been an avid volunteer serving as an SBA/SCORE Certified Mentor, Co-Mentor for special cases for the Arkansas Small Business Technology Development Center (SBTDC) and volunteer mentor for many small business owners. He has also served on Northwest Arkansas Chambers of Commerce on various committees and was trained and served as a volunteer court ordered mediator for small claims court specializing in small business disputes.

He started his business brokerage career in 2012 working for two major business broker franchises which ended with the founding of AEGIS Business Brokers, LLC in January of 2014.

He has extensive Business Brokerage training and experience from the two national business broker franchises he worked for. Richard continues to receive ongoing training from IBBA International Business Brokers Association where he is an active member and a CBI Certified Business Intermediary candidate. He has also received additional training and certifications from the ABBA American Business Brokers Association as an ABI Accredited Business Intermediary and SVA Senior Valuation Analyst.

Richard has an Arkansas Real Estate License to assist business owners with the sale, purchase and leasing of commercial real estate.

He has built an extensive network of Business Brokers, Commercial Lenders, SBA Lenders, Business Buyers, Business Sellers and other business professional over the years which helps with almost any challenge situations that arise.

Bill Fox joined the ASBTDC at the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, Sam M. Walton College of Business in May 2007. After eight years as a business consultant, he became the center director in July 2015.

Bill works with current and prospective Northwest Arkansas business owners on financing options, market research, business planning, marketing, and financial management.

He is a former small business owner and has lending experience as a banker/loan officer with Bank of America. Fox has also worked in higher education as director of a student enterprise program at the University of Pennsylvania, as coordinator for a Disability Services program at Broward (Fla.) Community College and as a job developer for Florida Atlantic University. A Certified Business Advisor®, he earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Florida Atlantic University and an MBA from West Virginia University.
